GAGTA 2019 - Geometric and Asymptotic Group Theory with Applications

GAGTA 2019

Geometric and Asymptotic Group Theory with Applications

May 26 - 30 2019, Bar Ilan University, Israel

The conference continues the series of GAGTA (Geometric and Asymptotic Group Theory with Applications) conferences.

The conference will focus on a variety of topics in geometric and combinatorial group theory as well as on algorithmic and computational problems involving groups, with applications to information security. This includes combinatorial, asymptotic and probabilistic methods in group theory and algebraic cryptography, group actions, hyperbolicity, growth, random walks, etc.

This conference will feature a TED-like session including short lectures by participants on their favorite topic of research. Details will be provided later.

For a complete list of previous GAGTA conferences see here.
